The hero Thessalos, with petasos around neck, restraining forepart of bull left by band held around its head; TO below / Forepart of horse left; [sandal below]; all within incuse square. Lorber, Thessalian, Series 4, p. 138, 25 corr. (O13/R17; TO not noted); BCD Thessaly 178; HGC 4, 459. Remnants of find patina, granular surfaces, roughness on obverse, slightly off center on reverse. VF.
