4th Century AD. Ceramic counterfeiter’s mold (27mm, 4.70 g, 7h). Part of a mold for casting coins, impressed on both sides with an obverse of a follis of Maximianus and a GENIO IMPERATORIS reverse from the Alexandria mint. Edge chip, minor deposits, otherwise as made.
