Bareheaded, draped, and cuirassed bust of Severus Alexander on left vis-à-vis laureate, draped, and cuirassed bust of Elagabalus on right / Tyche, turreted, seated left on rocks, holding grain ears; at feet left, lighted altar; below, half-length figure of river god swimming left; in left field, two globes. RPC VI Online 30818 (this coin). Dark brown patina, deposits, porosity. VF. Extremely rare, presently unique.
