Nimbate facing bust of Christ, raising hand in benediction and holding Gospels; divergent arms of cross / Manuel standing facing, holding labarum and patriarchal cross on globe, manus Dei in upper right field; four jewels on collar. In the reverse right field, the first letter is clearly an O. This variety is not mentioned n any of the standard references. It is probably a blundered or misinterpreted TW monogram.
