IMP CAES P SEPT GETA PIVS AVG, laureate bust right, slight drapery on left shoulder / PONTIF TR P II COS II, S C in exergue, Geta standing left and Caracalla standing right, vis-à-vis, each holding a patera in the right hand over a lighted tripod with sacrificial lying at base; Caracalla holding a baton in his left hand; tibicina standing facing between, playing tibiae. RIC IV 156a; Banti 40; BMCRE 214 (Septimius, Caracalla, and Geta; this coin); Cohen 145. Near EF, yellow-brown patina with traces of olive, minor flan crack. ($3000)
