SELEUCIS and PIERIA, Antioch. Volusian. AD 251-253. BI Tetradrachm (25mm, 11.54 g, 6h). 7th officina. Struck AD 252-253. Radiate and draped bust right; Z below / Eagle standing facing, head and tail left, with wings spread, holding wreath in beak; Z between legs; S C in exergue. Prieur –; McAlee 1190f. Lightly toned with underlying luster, some minor porosity. EF. Extremely rare, Prieur did not own this example when he published his book, and none in CoinArchives.
