MESOPOTAMIA, Edessa. Caracalla. AD 198-217. AR Tetradrachm (25mm, 13.19 g, 4h). Struck circa AD 215-217. Laureate and cuirassed bust right / Eagle standing facing, head right, with wings spread, holding wreath in beak; between legs, shrine with pediment. Prieur 845. Toned, a few spots of verdigris. Good VF. Well centered on a large flan.
