Laureate head of Vespasian left; c/m: laureate head of Caracalla(?) right within oval incuse / Zeus Salaminios standing facing, holding patera and scepter, with eagle perched on wrist. For coin: Prieur 1561; Parks 16b; RPC II 1801; for countermark: Prieur 1577 var. (countmark of Pius left); Howgego 844ii. Near VF, toned, porosity and light scratches, reverse lamination, edge split; c/m: VF.

Prieur, Howgego, and the authors of RPC all catalog the countermark on this coin as depicting Marcus Aurelius. The countermark on the coin in the previous lot looks like Antoninus Pius, but the countermark on this coin resembles Caracalla.
