CYPRUS, Koinon of Cyprus. Titus. As Caesar, AD 69-79. AR Didrachm (19.5mm, 6.15 g, 12h). Dated “New Holy Year” 9 of Vespasian (AD 76/77). Laureate head left / Zeus Salaminios standing facing, holding patera and scepter, with eagle perched on wrist. Prieur 1572; Parks 17b; RPC II 1808. Near VF, toned, some light scratches and marks. Extremely rare, five known to Prieur, and four in CoinArchives.
