Crowned C5 cypher within hexagonal frame; date below; three hearts in each void; all within bead-and-reel frame / Crossed scepter and sword over cross pattée; cross decorated with globus cruciger and three crowns; in voids, lions rampant, uppermost crowned and standing left, holding halberd; all within bead-and-reel frame.
