SELEUKID EMPIRE. Seleukos I Nikator. 312-281 BC. AR Fourrée Tetradrachm (26.6mm, 14.03 g, 1h). Susa mint. Struck circa 305/4-295 BC or later. Head of hero (Alexander or Seleukos?) right, wearing helmet covered with panther skin and adorned with the ear and horns of a bull / Nike standing right, holding with both hands a wreath that she places on trophy to right; uncertain letter or monorgram to lower left, AX in lower middle field. Cf. SC 173.12-14 for type. VF, toned, plating broken in several spots.
