Terra cotta eye idol. 1183. Syria, Early Dynastic III Period, circa 3000 BC. Flared base supporting two “eyes.” Height: 15.3cm. Crack and a couple of large chips at base, but stands nicely and otherwise intact and extremely rare in this size.
