SICYONIA, Sicyon. Caracalla. AD 198-217. Æ Diassarion(?) (24mm, 8.76 g, 3h). Struck circa AD 198-205. Laureate, draped, and cuirassed bust right / Emperor on rearing horse right, about to spear enemy. Unpublished in the standard references. Fine, brown patina, minor roughness.

From the J. S. Wagner Collection.

See BCD Peloponnesos 357 for the closest parallel. That coin, of Septimius Severus, has the imperial figure on horseback trampling an enemy, but raising his hand rather than holding a spear.
