Laureate head right / Hygea standing right, holding serpent, and Aesculapius standing left, leaning upon serpent-entwined staff; between, Telesphorus standing facing. Cf. SNG von Aulock 8723 (Septimius Severus); Freeman & Sear 14, lot 316 (same dies). VF, green-brown patina, smoothed, with some cleaning marks. Rare.
