Bare head of Octavian right / Laureate head of Divus Julius right; c/m: NK monogram within circular incuse. For coin: RPC I 1554; SNG ANS 824; for c/m: Howgego 625. VF, green and black patina, light smoothing.

Howgego suggest the NK monogram in the countermark may stand for “Nero Caesar.”
