CELTIC, Atrebates. Circa AD 35-43. Æ Fourrée Core (11mm, 0.64 g, 6h). Imitating Epaticcus. Head of Herakles right, wearing lion skin; EPΛTI before, ornament behind / Eagle standing right on serpent, head left, with wings spread; pellet-in-annulet to upper right. For prototype: Van Arsdell 580-1; ABC 1346; SCBC 356. VF, green patina, a few small areas of bare metal revealed. Interesting.
