Wreathed head of Neptune right; to left, Victory, crowning him with wreath, above trident; S (mark of value) below / Phalanthos, holding Victory who crowns him with wreath in right hand, lyre in left, on dolphin left; [symbol to left], S (mark of value) to right. SNG France 1527–8; HN Italy 749. Near VF, dark green patina, struck with a worn obverse die, reverse off center.
