III., bust right, wearing camauro, mozzetta, and pallium / ÆLIO PONTE EXORNATO (the Ponte Sant’Angelo restored), view of the Ponte Sant’Angelo; above, Rumor flying right, head left, blowing into trumpet; below, personification of the Tiber reclining right, cradling cornucopia and resting elbow upon overturned urn from which liquid flows.
