PLANTAGENET. Henry III. 1216-1272. AR Penny (18mm, 1.40 g, 1h). Long cross type. Class IIIb. Exeter mint; Ion, moneyer. Struck 1248-1250. Crowned facing head / Voided long cross pommée, with pellet at center and three pellets in angles. North 987; SCBC 1363. Good VF, toned, small perforation and edge crack at 2h, minor striking flaw on obverse.
