Justin II. 565-578. AV Solidus (21mm, 3.91 g, 6h). Carthage mint. Dated IY 12 (577/8). Helmeted and cuirassed bust facing, holding Victory on globus and shield / Constantinopolis seated facing head right, holding spear and globus cruciger; IB (date)//CONOB. DOC -; MIBE 18b (this coin cited and plated); SB 391 (for type, but date not recorded). VF, a few peck marks on obverse. Extremely rare and possibly unique.
