BAKTRIA, Indo-Greek Kingdom. Menander I. Circa 165/55-130 BC. Æ Quadruple Unit (22mm, 8.38 g, 12h). Indian standard. Diademed head of Herakles right / Lion skin; Γ to inner left, monogram to inner right. Bopearachchi Série 35 var. (no Γ); SNG ANS -. Near VF, some cleaning marks. Bopearachchi cites only one coin for series 35, housed in the British Museum. That specimen only carries the right monogram.
