Crispus. Caesar, AD 316-326. Æ Follis (20mm, 2.69 g, 6h). Treveri (Trier) mint. Struck AD 322. Laureate and cuirassed bust left, holding spear in right hand over right shoulder, shield decorated with Medusa's head on left arm / Globe on altar inscribed VO/TIS/ XX in three lines; three stars above; •PTR(crescent). RIC VII 394. Good VF, brown patina, some roughness around edge. A very rare and amazing bust type with this shield decoration.
