PHRYGIA, Laodicea ad Lycum. Pseudo-autonomous issue. Circa 2nd-3rd centuries AD. Æ 22mm (5.31 g, 6h). Laureate bust of Demos right; c/m: bust right (emperor?) / Zeus Aseis standing facing, head ight, right hand extended over goat standing at feet, holding young Dionysos in left arm. SNG Copenhagen 542; SNG von Aulock 3831; for c/m: cf. Howgego 42. Fine, brown surfaces, some bare metal exposed, a bit rough.
