Marcus Aurelius. AD 161-180. Æ Sestertius (29mm, 25.06 g, 12h). Rome mint. Struck AD 169. Laureate head right / Fortuna seated left, holding rudder and cornucopia. RIC III 962; Banti 87; MIR 18, 178-11/30. VF, pleasing brown patina, some die clashing on the reverse.
