MYSIA, Pergamon. Circa 166-67 BC. AR Tetradrachm (12.22 g, 12h). Cistophoric issue. Pe-, prytaneis. Struck circa 76-67 BC. Cista mystica with serpent; all within ivy wreath / Two serpents entwined around bow and bowcase; [ΠE] and monogram above, city monogram to left, serpent-entwined thyrsos to right. Kleiner, Hoard 47; Pinder 116; SNG France 1750. Good VF, toned, partial flat strike at top of reverse, light double strike.


Although the ΠE is not visible due to the flat strike, the style is almost an exact match to the SNG France coin.
