GERMANY, Regensburg (Stadt). temp. Franz I . Holy Roman Emperor, 1745-1765. AV Half Dukat Klippe (23mm, 1.65 g, 12h). Struck circa 1750. Crossed keys with R above and B below; all within circular ornate cartouche / Crowned double imperial eagle with coat-of-arms on breast, holding sword, scepter, and globus cruciger in claws. KM 328; Friedberg 2540. EF, lustrous, flattened at 12 o’clock where it was probably holed and then skillfully plugged.
