CIR CEN SES 1920, chariot, containing Clemenceau (standing left, smoking pipe and beating bass drum and cymbals), Lloyd George (standing right, dressed as judge), and Wilson (seated and look at tablet containing his “14 Points”), drawn left by two mules; behind, bound German soldier following with hands tied behind back with rope, colonial British soldier, holding rope; in backgound, two colonials hold standards; MVNDVS VVLT DECIPI/ERGO DECIPIATVR (The world wishes to be deceived; therefore, let it be deceived) in two lines in exergue / O! DEUTSCHLAND HOCH IN EHREN! (O!
