WELT RICH TER (World Judge), Woodrow Wilson, head left, enthroned facing, holding his ultimatum, inscribed 14./OKTOBR/1918; three of the Allies on either side (Italy Belgium, and Great Britain to left; France, Montenegro, and Serbia to right ) display their assent to varying degrees; bird perched on end of ultimatum role / FRISS ODER STIRB (eat or die), German imperial eagle perched right on serpent-entwined oak tree; to right, two hands draped in chain make an offering – one armored and holding victory with palm, the other, a crown; K G flanking trunk.
