Laureate, draped, and cuirassed bust right, seen from behind / Draped bust of Serapis right, wearing kalathos; ςMP (date) in legend. SNG BN 2187-8; RPC VI Online 7449; SNG Keckman 785. Green patina, rough surfaces. VF. Struck on a large flan.

It is interesting to note that on the majority of the coins of this type examined, the reverse is struck on an oversized flan but the obverse is not. It seems likely that this reverse die was intended for use on a smaller denomination.
