LUCANIA, Metapontion. Circa 330-290 BC. AR Nomos (20mm, 7.91 g, 1h). Wreathed head of Demeter left / Barley ear with leaf to left; to left, pitchfork above leaf, [ΔA below]. Johnston Class C, 5.8 (same dies); HN Italy 1582. Toned, off center on an irregular flan. VF.
