Laureate bust right of Hadrian right, slight drapery on left shoulder; star before / Laureate bust right of Trajan right, wearing aegis; L B (date) across field. Köln –; Dattari (Savio) 1246-7 var. (date arrangement); K&G –; RPC III 5067; Emmett 899.2 (R4). Toned, roughness, areas of weakness. Near VF. Extremely rare, only four known to RPC, none with this reverse die. One in CoinArchives, CNG E387, lot 347 (hammer $1700).
