POTTERY. Greek Southern Italian Colonies. c. 4th-3rd Cent. BCE. (55 mm tall x 55 mm wide). A miniature oinochoe with flat foot, wide body that tapers slightly at the foot, squat neck that terminates in a flared lip. A handle extends from the lip to the top of the body. The body is decorated with a single line carved into the clay at about 1/3rd the way up the body and two rows of decorations, reversed S shaped v-chevrons, topped by vertical lines wide at the top. Intact. Light wear to painted surfaces. Website shipping rates do not apply.
