POTTERY. Southern Italian Colonies. c. 4th-3rd Cent. BCE. (95 mm wide x 50 mm tall). A skyphos in Apulian blackware reconstructed from fragments. The squat cup has two handles, a tapered body and flat foot that is slightly wider than the body. It’s decorated with a geometric pattern under a group of vertical lines. Each section is separated by a linear border. Some paint loss due to wear. Rim split with minor loss. Website shipping rates do not apply.
