Herakles, wearing lion skin, in fighting stance right, holding [club and bow] / Lion seated right; to lower right, head of ram right; all in dotted square within incuse square. Cf. Zapiti & Michaelidou 2 (third stater); Tziambazis 14. Oblong flan, struck with worn obverse die, as usual. Near VF. Very rare stater of Baalmelek, only one in CoinArchives with ram head (Leu Numismatik Web Auction 24, lot 1569 [hammer 7,000 CHF]).
