Laureate head right, slight drapery on left shoulder / Tetrastyle temple; within, statue of Astarte-Tyche standing left, right foot on prow, holding bust and spear; half-length figure of river-god to right, horned altar before temple recess. Kadman, Caesarea 22; RPC III 3954.15 (this coin); Rosenberger 19; Sofaer 21. Earthen red patina, minor porosity, deposits. VF.
