Diocletian. AD 284-305. Æ Follis (27.5mm, 10.45 g, 12h). Alexandria mint, 1st officina. Struck circa AD 301. Laureate head right / Genius standing left, holding patera from which liquor flows and cornucopia; XX|A/I//ALE. RIC VI 32a. Iridescently toned full silvering over dark brown patina, minor die shift on reverse, slight pitting on obverse. Near EF. A most attractive and well struck example.
