Diademed head of Ptolemy I right, wearing aegis around neck / Eagle standing left on [prow left]; palm frond in background; to right, club surmounted by Tyre monogram; to right, ΓΞP (date) above ΓPY(?). Cf. SC 1839 = SNG Spaer 1554 for similar, otherwise unpublished. Toned, numerous breaks in plating. VF. Apparently unique. |
