LUCANIA, Poseidonia. Circa 475-445 BC. AR Nomos (19mm, 8.08 g, 6h). POMES (retrograde), Poseidon advancing right, wielding trident overhead, chlamys draped over both arms / POMES (retrograde), bull standing right. Cf. SNG ANS 645/646 (obv./rev.); SNG Copenhagen 1277; HN Italy 1114. VF, slight iridescent toning around devices. Rare with bull right.
