Charioteer driving fast quadriga left, holding kentron in right hand, reins in left; above, Nike flying right, crowning charioteer; below heavy exergual line, a military harness, shield, greaves, cuirass, and Attic helmet, all connected by a horizontal spear / SUR-AK[OSIWN], wreathed head of Arethusa left, wearing triple pendant earring and necklace; surrounded by four swimming dolphins, pellet before. Gallatin dies R.XXII/J.IV; Boehringer, Finanzpolitik, pl. 38, 2; SNG ANS -; SNG Copenhagen 694; Boston MFA 430 (same dies); Rizzo pl. 53, 17 (same dies). Superb EF.
