Laureate head right / Eagle standing facing, head and tail right, with wings spread and holding wreath in beak; between its legs, star and cornucopia; to right, palm frond. Prieur 245 (this coin); McAlee 694; Van Hoof, “Zur syrischen Tetradrachmenprägung der römischen Kaiserzeit” (JNG Vol. XXXVI, 1986), pp. 107-126, no. 48 (illustrated on plate 15). Lightly toned, a touch of porosity, graffito in right obverse field. VF. Extremely rare, four known to Prieur, and none in CoinArchives.
