Jugate busts right of Kleopatra, veiled and wearing stephanos, and Antiochos, diademed / Nike advancing left, holding wreath; [control marks off flan]. Cf. SC 2265; HGC 9, 1190. Near VF, rough earthen green-brown patina, off center on reverse.
