Ex Classical Numismatic Review XL.1 (Spring 2015), no. 996955.

The moneyer Otic is unattested for horizontal-rosette issues of any ruler. A moneyer Otic is known for issues of Æthelstan, Eadmund, and Eadred at Winchester, but the style of this piece is certainly of Chester or Derby, where most horizontal-rosette issues derive from. It is therefore likely that the Otic of this coin is not the same Otic of Winchester, as even if he were moved temporarily to another mint, his style of engraving would likely still resemble his issues at Winchester.
