AEOLIS, Larissa Phrikonis(?). 4th century BC. AR Obol(?) (10mm, 0.75 g, 12h). Laureate head of Apollo(?) right / Eagle, with spread wings, flying left; club below right wing, [Λ]APIΣ-[AI]ON around. Unpublished in the standard references, but cf. Pecunem 41, lot 244 and Gorny & Mosch 191, lot 1538 for similar pieces, and Spink 212, lot 65 for another from the same reverse die. VF, dark find patina, some roughness. Very rare.
