Draped bust of Julia Domna and laureate, draped, and cuirassed bust of Caracalla facing one another / Homonoia standing left, holding cornucopia and sacrificing with patera over lighted and garlanded altar to left; Э (mark of value) to left. H&J, Marcianopolis –; Varbanov –; Pfeiffer 197 (same dies). VF, green patina, earthen deposits, a few light cleaning marks. Extremely rare with the portraits of Caracalla and Julia Domna reversed.
