JUDAEA, Aelia Capitolina (Jerusalem). Marcus Aurelius, with Commodus. AD 161-180. Æ (28mm, 24.81 g, 12h). Confronted busts of Marcus and Commodus, each laureate, draped, and cuirassed / Roma seated left, holding palladium and scepter; shield at side. Meshorer, Aelia 58; Sofaer 57. Fine, dark green surfaces, possibly some tooling concealed by the deposits around the devices.

Both the Meshorer and Sofaer catalogs describe Roma as holding a figure of Nike in her outstretched hand, but to this cataloger it appears to be the famous Palladium housed at the Temple of Vesta at Rome.
