FL IVL CONSTAN TIVS PERP AVG, diademed, helmeted and cuirassed three-quarter facing bust, holding spear over shoulder and shield decorated with horseman spearing a fallen enemy / GLORIA REI PVBLICAE, Roma, facing and holding scepter, and Constantinopolis, left with left foot on prow, enthroned, holding between them wreath inscribed VOT/XXX/VOT/XXXX in four lines; SMNB(cross hatch).
