Head of Athena right, wearing earring, necklace, and crested Attic helmet decorated with three olive leaves over visor and a spiral palmette on the bowl / Owl standing right, head facing, tail feathers spread; olive sprig and crescent behind, AΘE to right; all within incuse square. Starr Group V.B.2, 182 (O157/R172 – this coin); Svoronos, Monnaies, pl. 10, 10; SNG Copenhagen –; SNG München –; Dewing –; Boston MFA 1068. Good VF, attractive cabinet tone.
