Laureate, draped, and cuirassed bust of Macrinus right vis-à-vis bareheaded and draped bust of Diadumenian left / Serapis, wearing calathus, standing slightly left, raising hand and holding long scepter; E (mark of value) to left. H&J, Marcianopolis, 6.24.6.3 (same rev. die as illustration); Varbanov 1212. Good VF, green patina with traces of earthen encrustation, small flan crack. Rare.
