The eye of Athena is obscured by the strike on this issue, but the die probably showed the profile eye since the reverse seems to be missing the crescent, which is noted on one specimen of the group IX (i.e., profile eye) drachms by Gitler & Tal and not on the group VII (frontal eye) drachms.
