Julia Domna. Augusta, AD 193-217. AR Denarius (19mm, 3.22 g, 1h). Rome mint. Struck under Septimius Severus and Caracalla, circa AD 200-211. Draped bust right / Juno standing left, holding patera and reversed spear set on ground; to left, peacock standing left, head right. RIC IV 559 (Septimius Severus) var. (scepter instead of spear); RSC 82 var. (same). Near EF, toned. Very rare with spear in place of scepter on reverse.
